SCHEDULE OF ARBITRATION SERVICES AND RATES
SERVICES:
Included in the arbitration fee is review of any provided documents; travel time to
and from the arbitration site (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco or Polk County); arbitration session and facilities for the arbitration if desired by the parties.
RATES:
Two (2) Parties
..................................$300.00 per hour / per party
Three (3) Parties ............................... $230.00 per hour / per
party
Four (4) Parties ................................. $180.00 per hour / per
party
Five or more Parties ........................... $150.00 per hour / per
party
Travel time ....................................... $120.00 per hour of
travel
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week prior to the scheduled start of the arbitration to avoid a cancellation fee.
PAYMENT:
Payment is expected within ten (10) days of arbitration services.
If the parties wish to provide a arbitration summary, it should be provided at least five (5) days prior to the arbitration.
If the arbitration is scheduled for my facilities, the number of participants should be provided to insure proper arrangements have been made.
