SCHEDULE OF ARBITRATION SERVICES AND RATES
SERVICES:
Included in the arbitration fee is review of any provided documents; travel time to
and from the arbitration site (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco or Polk County); arbitration session and facilities for the arbitration if desired by the parties.
RATES:
Two (2) Parties
..................................$250.00 per hour / per party
Three (3) Parties ............................... $190.00 per hour / per
party
Four (4) Parties ................................. $150.00 per hour / per
party
Five or more Parties ........................... $125.00 per hour / per
party
Travel time ....................................... $100.00 per hour of
travel / portal to portal
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week prior to the scheduled start of the arbitration to avoid a cancellation fee.
PAYMENT:
Payment is expected within ten (10) days of arbitration services.
Payments may be made via check or
utilizing Zelle or Cash App
(Sonja Bonanno).
If the parties wish to provide a arbitration summary, it should be provided at least five (5) days prior to the arbitration.
