SCHEDULE OF MEDIATION SERVICES AND RATES
SERVICES:
Included in the mediation fee is review of any provided documents; travel time to and from the mediation site
within Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, or Polk County; mediation session and facilities for the mediation if desired by the parties.
RATES:
Two (2) Parties ..................................$250.00 per hour / per party
Three (3) Parties ............................... $190.00 per hour / per party
Four (4) Parties ................................. $150.00 per hour / per party
Five or more Parties ........................... $100.00 per hour / per party
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation notice must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the mediation to avoid a one-hour cancellation fee.
PAYMENT:
Payment is expected within ten (10) days of mediation services.
Payments may be made via check or
utilizing Zelle or Cash App
(Sonja Bonanno).
If the parties wish to provide a mediation summary, it should be provided at least
two (2) days prior to the mediation.
If the mediation is scheduled at my facilities, the number of participants should be provided to insure that proper arrangements can be made to accommodate everybody.
