TAMPA MEDIATION - Mediation Rates and Services With Travel

SCHEDULE OF MEDIATION SERVICES AND RATES WITH TRAVEL

SERVICES:

Included in the mediation fee is a review documents that may have been provided as well as the mediation session. If the mediation is to be held outside Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, or Polk County, a fee for travel to and from the mediation site will be charged at the rate listed below.

RATES:

Two (2) Parties ..................................$300.00 per hour / per party
Three (3) Parties ............................... $230.00 per hour / per party
Four (4) Parties ................................. $180.00 per hour / per party
Five or more Parties ........................... $150.00 per hour / per party
Travel time ....................................... $120.00 per hour of travel

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation notice must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the mediation to avoid a one-hour cancellation fee.

PAYMENT:

Payment is expected within ten (10) days of mediation services.

If the parties wish to provide a mediation summary, it should be provided at least five (5) days prior to the mediation.
